BA in Spanish with a minor in Music from Goucher College, graduated May 2014 Magna Cum Laude, 3.81 GPA Dean's list Spring and Fall 2012; Fall 2013 Studied at Dickinson College from 2010-2011 and made Dean's list both semesters. Studied at La Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Córdoba, Argentina for the Spring 2013 semester.
Experience
Taught at Music for the Young Child after school program in Baltimore, MD. Led group (4-6) of 4 to 8 year olds in playing guitar, bass, drums, piano and singing. Offered one on one lessons for each of the instruments offered. Taught English classes to adult students at Futuro Latino Learning Center at Goucher College while majoring in Spanish. Worked as a Supplementary Instructor (SI) for Goucher College's Spanish department. Assisted students with grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills in a small group or one on one setting. Worked with students enrolled in any and all levels of Spanish offered at Goucher College. Minored in Music while participating in the Jazz Ensemble (bass guitar) and music composition seminars. My experiences with one on one instruction have been incredibly fulfilling. The learning curve for learning a language is similar to that of music, and it is wonderful to see students get through the struggle and begin to understand and use their new skills.

Hobbies
I play music regularly and I am both interested in jazz/classical music, as well as songwriting and popular music. Biking is also a hobby of mine. I work part time at Trophy Bikes in Northern Liberties, and like to commute go on camping trips by bike. After taking classes in Argentina, I became interested in South American film and fiction.
